VIDEO SHIPPING/HANDLING

U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS
Routine processing usually occurs within 5 business days of receipt and is sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground (3–6 business days transit time). UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is entered in the shipping information field, this can cause delays or non-delivery.

RUSH SHIPMENT
Our in-house rush service guarantees that an order will leave our facilities within 1 to 2 business days of when we receive your order. It is then sent via UPS Ground (3–6 business days transit time). A rush shipment charge of $10.00 will be added to the routine shipping fee.

NON-U.S. ORDERS
Routine international orders are usually processed within 2 business days of receipt and shipped via international consolidator (10–15 days transit time).

Rush international orders guarantees processing within 1 to 2 business days and are sent via international mail consolidator (10–15 days transit time). A $10.00 rush charge will be added to the routine international shipping fee.

SHIPMENT METHOD
Routine shipment is by UPS Ground Delivery Service. Allow 7 to 10 days for delivery from date order is received. Shipment methods other than UPS Ground Service are available by request. Order will be assessed the charge for the requested method in addition to the shipping and handling fee. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is entered in the shipping information field, this can cause delays or non-delivery.

TERMS OF SALE

PAYMENT/INVOICING
All orders must be prepaid unless submitted on a purchase order.

CLAIMS
Damage, shortages, or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Claims made 1 month or more following invoice date will not be honored.

RETURNS
Videos are not returnable for refund unless damaged or defective. (see below)

 

Video and DVD Returns Policy

Videos and DVDs are NOT returnable unless a product is damaged or defective, in which case it may be returned in exchange for a replacement copy.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damages or defects must be reported immediately. Claims made 30 days or more following invoice date will not be honored.

Postage on return of damaged or defective goods must be prepaid at the returner's expense. In the case of Blue Sky Video Productions received, only standard postage rates for return shipment will be credited or refunded.
