Spotlights JVC's GY-HD100U HD Cam
Following up the
success of the WEVA NEWS
MINUTE video coverage of NAB 2005, WEVA has begun posting video
highlights from last month's HD Expo, held in Chicago. The newest WEVA NEWS
MINUTE video spotlights the new JVC GY-HD100U high-definition camcorder
(scheduled to ship in September).
From the show floor, WEVA
NEWS MINUTE producer Bruce Himmelblau talked with JVC's Edgar Shane, and
shot close-up video of the new HD camcorder to give WEVA
International members an up-front view of cutting-edge HD technology, which is
transforming production capabilities for professional wedding & event
videographers worldwide.
The GY-HD100U, which will be
on display in the JVC booth at the upcoming 15th
Annual WEVA EXPO (August 8-11, 2005), offers
high-definition progressive recording at 24 frames per second, with the dual
media option of recording to hard disk and MiniDV tape simultaneously.
